i used to run 25 miles before breakfast when i was younger. i walked half a marathon a year ago. getting oxygen into my system early in the morning is something i enjoy for the rest of the day. i like fish oil for my heart. avacados too, good fat. i love raw tuna.
Me too, except you need to replace oxygen with cigarette smoke and raw tuna with ice cream sandwiches. --xxx Joan
I heard O.J. was going to enter the race. He is so good at running from the cops! He's had lots of practice. He could have placed!
How do you think I'm going to do it? He'll be right behind me. I meay set a new speed record. --xxx Joan
I agree with Rachel, you are an inspiration Joan. I'm getting on my treadmill tonight and tomorrow night. I'm not sure how I'll feel on friday, but I'll give it a whirl.
Hopefully you'll feel like getting on your treadmill on Friday and every day after that, but don't run yourself ragged. --xxx Joan
Joan, It amazes me how you involve yourself in everything. Good luck in the marathon.
Dear Tippy--Thank you for your support. I involve myself in everything because that is what we Jewish women do.--xxx Joan
So good to find your blog webpage. Can we talk ? I mean really, I' ve been trying to find a great hairdresser. I love the color tones in your hair. would you consider sharing your secrets or aleast the name of your hairdresser with me ? Respectfully Yours, summerdays@kaxy.com
My secret is to wash out my wig at least once a season (whether it needs it or not). My hairdresser is wonderful and his name is Kiki Koh. He works out of John Frieda's salon on Madison Avenue in New York. --xxx Joan
